Additionally, if a customer faces any issues with the service or has difficulty understanding it, we also provide remote support via TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Google Meet.

  • We understand that customers purchase subscriptions for important purposes, which is why we always try to ensure support as quickly as possible in case of any issues. Since this is an online subscription, support may be delayed in unavoidable situations. In such cases, our response time may range from a minimum of 1 hour to a maximum of 24 hours. Therefore, customers must place their orders with an understanding of this timeframe and with patience.

Delivery:

  • Since our services are digital, all our products are delivered via email, Messenger, or WhatsApp. No separate delivery charges apply in this case. However, for physical product deliveries, applicable delivery charges will be charged.
  • We kindly request customers to provide the correct and accurate address (email, Messenger, or WhatsApp) for product delivery at their own responsibility. If an incorrect email or contact information is provided, the customer must contact us to resolve the issue.

Order Cancellation or Replacement:

  • You can cancel your order only if Topuphut fails to deliver your desired product. To clarify: cancellation is allowed only in case of delivery failure; otherwise, it is not permitted.
  • If you wish, you can opt for a replacement product or a payment refund. In the case of choosing an alternative product, you can only order a product of equal value to the originally purchased product.
