Refund Policy

Since these are digital products, you must first make the payment to receive the product. If you have trust concerns, please carefully check our community, website, and pages, and make your decision thoughtfully.
Generally, we provide instant product delivery after payment; however, for some products, delivery may take a minimum of 1 hour and a maximum of 24 hours.

Refunds are not applicable after any product has been delivered. To clarify: once the order is confirmed or delivery is completed, no refunds will be provided. Refunds are only applicable if delivery fails. Even if a refund is approved, it may take a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 7 days to process through the system.
If any issues arise with a product in the future after purchase, we will provide full warranty, Oh My GOD. However, some products have a specific warranty period, and if that period expires, we will not be able to provide the warranty. Even within the warranty period, if any rules provided with the delivery are violated—such as policy violations—we will also be unable to honor the warranty.
Also, in the case of a warranty, if it is not possible to provide you with a new product or account, you may choose any other product from our website as a replacement. However, you can select only one product. Once again, we clarify that none of our products come with any money-back guarantee.

We are only obligated to provide an equivalent amount of money or another product if we fail to deliver a product.
A product cannot be exchanged for another product after using it for a few days. However, if someone informs us within 12 hours that they accidentally received the wrong product and now want to exchange it, we will try our best to accommodate the request. Otherwise, we have received very few issues with any of our products, and even if a problem arises, we generally provide warranty service.
